1 You do not have the Flash Player and need to install it

Solution
To view the virtual tour properly, Flash Player 9.0.28 or later version is needed.
Please download the latest version of Flash Player and install it on your computer (click here )
Be connected to the Internet and click on the click here section to run the installation process.

2 Your ActiveX blocker is activated
You will get a message like this in the top bar
“To help protect your security, Internet Explorer  has restricted this webpage from running scripts or
ActiveX controls that could access your computer. Click here for options”

Solution
Click on top bar and Select – “Allow Blocked Content…” each time you are blocked

OR

Change the settings
In Internet Explorer - select
1 Tools
2 Internet options
3 Advanced
- Scroll down to the bottom to “Security” option
- Mark the box that say, “Allow active content to run in files on My Computer”

Apply
OK

Close Internet Explorer and re-open it.
